Branch Administration
Maybe you've just joined our commercial mortgage marketplace at Lendicom, or maybe you've been a member for a long time; either way, you're unlikely to have taken advantage of an important feature of the application: Branch-wide administration of individual user accounts. Only very few of the hundreds of commercial lending and brokering companies that use our application actively exploit this feature, so we thought it was time to remind all our users what it's all about.
At the highest level, our network consists of a number of companies. Each company consists of one or more branches. Each branch consists of one or more users. One or more of those users will be an Administrator, with the other users being simply Loan Officers or Brokers. Officers, Brokers and Administrators can do mostly the same things - submit or receive loan proposals, modify their account information, etc. Administrators, however, have the additional ability to review and modify the accounts of Officers or Brokers in their branch; they also confirm new users, among other things. This enables a branch manager to keep track of her employees' activities and maintain the company's general self-promotion within the network .
