Commercial Loans at Lendicom
Here's how it works:
- You create a commercial loan proposal.
- That proposal is matched against the programs of over one hundred direct commercial lenders.
- You choose which of the matching lenders you would like to submit your proposal to and submit your information.
- The lenders contact you to follow up.
Lendicom works just like many other sites you're already familiar with. Once you sign up, you'll have a "My Account" page where you can create new proposals, review the details of past proposals and their statuses, resubmit proposals, manage your profile, and get help.
For commercial brokers we offer some additional functionality: Broker users belong to a branch and a company. Each branch has at least one administrator and any number of non-administrators. Administrators can keep track of their branch's other users' activity, approve new users, and deactivate or delete existing users.
(Commercial lenders have a different "My Account" page which allows them to create or modify programs, review the proposals they've received, and perform the same user management functions described for brokers above.)
Why Lendicom?
- Our questionnaires and matching algorithm are designed to provide you with the most accurate matches to your proposal.
- We help you provide complete and accurate information to the lenders you choose so that they can make a substantive decision on how to follow up.
- Our process emulates what it's like to apply for a commercial mortgage in the conventional way. We think borrowers should choose which lenders they want to receive their proposals, and that lenders shouldn't have to pay for leads of unknown viability.
- We handle loan requests for every commercial property type in the US. Here's a full list of types of commercial loans, property types, and locations served.
- Signing up for an account and submitting loan proposals is completely free.
