Submit Your Commercial Mortgage Request to the Best Matching Lenders

  1. You go to the Get Started page to create an account. There is no fee for signing up, and it's a quick and easy process. Here you will be asked for your contact information, and information about your company.
  2. If your company is not already using Lendicom, you will enter your company and personal information to create an account.
  3. If your company is already using Lendicom, an administrator from your account must add you as a user. An email notification will be sent to your company's account administrator(s) requesting that you be authorized. When the administrator authorizes you, you will receive an email notification, and may the proceed to your user home page.
  4. Your home page is your control center for everything you'll do at Lendicom.com. From here you can change your contact information, submit new loan proposals and manage the proposals you've already submitted.
  5. To submit a new loan, you will select "Submit new loan" on your home page. You will then be lead through a series of questionnaires, which will help you create a complete profile of the loan you need to place.
  6. Once you have entered the information about your new loan, you will see a list of loan programs that match its details.
  7. You may choose any number of programs to which to submit your loan.
  8. The full loan profile is sent to the lenders whose programs you choose.
