The process looks like this:
- You go to the Get Started page to create an account. You'll enter your contact information and tell us about your company. If your company is already using Lendicom, we'll send an email to your company's account administrator(s) requesting that you be authorized. Once the administrator authorizes you, you can log in and go to your My Account page.
- Your My Account page is your control center for everything you'll do at Lendicom.com. From here you can change your contact information, submit new loan proposals and manage the proposals you've already submitted.
- To submit a new loan, you click "Create a New Proposal" on your My Account page. You will then be led through the loan proposal questionnaire, which will help you create a complete profile of the loan you need to fund.
- Once you have entered the information about your loan, the application will search for programs that match your proposal.
- You select up to four lenders to submit your loan to.
- The profile of your loan proposal is then sent to the lenders whose programs you choose.
Once you've sent your loan proposal to the lenders you've selected, the lenders will be able to contact you to request further information. Throughout the process of placing your loan, you can use the tools on your home page to communicate with lenders and keep track of your submissions.
