Our Philosophy

We owe it to ourselves to use the tools we have to their full capacity and to test the limits of our imagination in developing what we receive.  As humans, this is what we do.  From phones to fax to typewriters to computers, the commercial mortgage industry, along with every other sector of business, has incorporated and benefited from the tools of communication developed in the society at large.  And at present nearly everyone in this industry already uses the internet in some form or another to expedite his or her business.  Elementary as it now seems,  just using email to communicate with one's clients and speed the exchange of documents (in digital form) is often an invaluable conservation of time.  The internet is pervasive in all our lives, either directly or indirectly; but its potential is still untapped in many ways.

And so, we ask the question: As commercial mortgage professionals, what are the possbilities for this tool?  Can we imagine undiscovered uses for it, redeem those uses that have failed in the hands of others, refine the uses that have only begun to realize their potential?

In providing this answer we have opened up new possibilities both for you as a commercial mortgage professional or borrower, and for ourselves as developers of this application: the process has allowed us to catch a glimpse of new horizons for evolution that we could not have seen to begin with.  You are here with us at an exciting beginning.
