Commercial Loan Marketplace Functionality

We currently offer the following functionalities:

• Multi-user environment for larger companies. Accounts bear different levels of permissions and are grouped into companies (usually corresponding to a branch of a brokerage or lender).
• All functions accessed and controlled through a personalized user home page.
• Versatile and sophisticated loan program creation and maintenance to enable commercial lenders of all types to comprehensively represent their products and ensure accurate compatibility comparison with submitted loans.
• Extensive and versatile loan proposal submission forms to assist commercial brokers and borrowers in creating loan profiles and submitting them to matching commercial loan programs.

This is only the beginning of what this type of tool can do.  Planned improvements and add-ons are:

• Ability to attach digital files to their loan proposal submissions for efficient transmission of rent rolls, appraisals, etc. 
• Ability to attach representative photos of subject properties to loan proposals. 
• Communication center, including full archiving of message threads concerning each loan proposal and an instant messaging client to enable online meetings between brokers/borrowers and lenders right through Lendicom.
