for Commercial Mortgage Borrowers
People will always be the heart of the commercial loan market. Technologies like the internet can never replace the role of individuals in the personal and qualitative process of commercial loan origination. What these technologies can do is make this process quicker, more efficient, and cheaper for those individuals.
The heart of Lendicom is its commercial loan submission engine, which helps borrowers create a comprehensive profile of the loans they need to place, match that profile with specific loan programs lenders have entered into the system, and allows submission of that profile to the matching programs.
For a sample list of lenders currently participating in our network, see our Participating Lenders page.
The process looks like this:
- You go to the Get Started page to create an account. There is no fee for signing up, and it's a quick and easy process. Here you'll be asked for your contact information. Once you confirm the email address you entered as your primary contact address, and you'll be directed to your personalized home page.
- Your home page is your control center for everything you'll do at Lendicom.com. From here you can change your contact information, submit new loan proposals and manage the proposals you've already submitted.
- To submit a new loan, you will select "Submit new loan" on your home page. You will then be lead through a series of questionnaires, which will help you create a complete profile of the loan you need to place.
- Once you have entered the information about your loan, you will see a list of loan programs that match your needs.
- You may choose any number of programs to which to submit your loan.
- The full loan profile is sent to the lenders whose programs you choose.
Once you've sent your loan proposal to the lenders you've selected, the lenders will be able to contact you to request further information. Throughout the process of placing your loan, you can use the tools on your home page to communicate with lenders and keep track of your submissions.
Again, you pay nothing for setting up your account or submitting loans to lenders, and there are no subscription fees.
